Dave Graham – retired Dallas PD Lt. with more than 40 years in LE. Current Deputy
Constable in Hays County, TX. Acclaimed instructor teaching professional development classes for LE. He will discuss the shooting of multiple Dallas PD officers as well as the
assault on a Dallas PD HQ.
Kris Paranto “Tanto” – former Army Ranger from 2nd Battalion 75th Ranger Regiment and private security contractor who has deployed in South America, Central America, the Middle East, and North Africa. Kris was part of the CIA security team that responded to the terrorist attack on the US Special Mission in Benghazi, Libya, 9/11/2012
Dean Crisp – 30-year veteran of LE. After retiring he became a fundamental instructor for FBI LEEDA
and instrumental in creating LEEDA’s trilogy. Highly energetic and motivational speaker on
leadership and the importance of personal growth in all areas of one’s life. Crisp is also a
bestselling author.
PSP Colonel Christopher Paris and Lt. Colonel George Bivens - both will discuss the capture of
escaped prisoner Danelo Cavalcante, dealing with the media and coordinating multiple
s involved in Cavalcante’s capture.
